
What does it mean to be a helper?
Be an active part of the team that's putting together this magical evening!
We always need help with setup, teardown, and during the event. As a volunteer, you commit to being there one hour before doors open and one hour after the event ends (see specific times below). Volunteer spots are limited - between 3 and 8 tickets per event.
Here are some of the tasks a volunteer takes on:
- Manning the door/box office and letting people in, sometimes even after the music has started.
- Carrying and setting up the speakers and sound system.
- Decorating the space.
- Cutting fruit.
- Various small tasks to arrange and maintain the space.
- Serving cocoa or fresh drinks when available.
As a one-time volunteer, you get to attend for free AND receive a complimentary voucher to another Ecstasy event, so you can participate another time without any responsibilities.
Right after you book your volunteer ticket, you'll receive an email with a link to a volunteer Telegram group for that specific event. Please join it as soon as possible. After the event, we'll close the Telegram group.
Note: We may decline future requests to volunteer if we find that we can't rely on you to be punctual or complete the various tasks. Please understand that we take a big risk by relying on people we don't always know in advance, yet we've chosen to trust you.
The times for the different events:
- Ecstatic Dance Nights - be there at 5:30 PM, ends at 00:30
- Ecstatic Day Retreat - be there at 10:00 AM, ends at 11:00 PM
IMPORTANT: If for any reason you can't make it, please inform the organizing team as soon as possible.
